Call me a sucker for punishment, in 2011 I purchased a fair number of additional bare root bagged Hostas from Costco.
That has been an annual crapshoot for the last 9 years, do the contents match the labels, and do we have HVX-free material? So far this year, with this cultivar, we can at least answer the first question affirmatively. The answer to the second
one will be 3-4 years away to be quite certain, but, at least early indications are encouraging.
